Terms of Use

By purchasing a product from Wide Tech Development, SLU (hereinafter, the seller), the customer accepts the following general terms of use, designed to ensure a clear and transparent shopping experience. This policy governs returns, warranty, and procedures related to our products, including TecVino systems for preserving still and sparkling wines.

1. Product Returns

Return Period

The customer has a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product to exercise their right of return, in accordance with consumer protection regulations.

Return Conditions

For a return to be accepted, the product must meet the following requirements:

  • Be in perfect condition, with no signs of use or damage.

  • Retain its original packaging in good condition.

  • Include the original or a copy of the purchase invoice.

  • Be accompanied by a document proving the date of receipt (e.g., delivery receipt).

Returns will not be accepted for products that do not meet all these conditions.

Return Process

  • The customer must notify their intent to return by sending an email to info@tecvino.com, stating the reason for the return and any relevant information (order number, product condition, etc.).

  • The seller will provide instructions for shipping the product.

  • Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, unless the return is due to an error by the seller or a defective product.

Refund

Once the returned product is received and validated, the seller will refund the product amount and any initial shipping costs (if applicable) within a maximum of 14 calendar days. The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase.

2. Product Warranty

Warranty Coverage

All products from Wide Tech Development, including the PCONSWINE, PCONSCAVA, and PACK systems, come with a 3-year warranty from the purchase date, covering manufacturing defects or material issues. The warranty applies only to products, not to associated services.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by improper use, negligence, or failure to follow usage instructions.

  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs.

  • Natural wear of the product.

Warranty Claim Process

  • The customer must contact info@tecvino.com, detailing the issue and including a copy of the purchase invoice.

  • The seller will respond within a reasonable period with:

    • A return authorization code.

    • The shipping address for product review.

  • The customer will bear the shipping costs to the seller.

  • If the warranty is valid, the seller will cover the repair or replacement costs and return shipping costs to the customer, provided the delivery address matches the purchase invoice address.

Review and Resolution

  • Upon receiving the product, the seller will assess whether the defect is covered by the warranty and notify the customer via email.

  • If the defect is not covered, a detailed repair estimate will be sent, which the customer can accept or reject.

  • In case of replacement, the seller will provide an identical or equivalent product, depending on availability.
