Delivery times vary depending on the destination and product availability:

  • Spain (Peninsula): 24-72 working hours.
  • Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla: 3-7 working days.
  • International shipments: 5-10 working days, depending on the destination country.

Note: Delivery times may be extended during high-demand periods (such as Christmas or promotions) or due to external factors, such as delays by the transport agency. We will keep you informed at all times.

  1. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated in the shopping cart based on the destination, weight, and volume of the order. We offer free shipping on orders exceeding a minimum amount, subject to our current promotions. Check the details when finalizing your purchase.

  1. Shipping Process

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with details and a tracking number to monitor your package. We work with reliable transport agencies to ensure safe delivery.

  1. Undelivered Orders

If the package cannot be delivered due to the recipient’s absence or an incorrect address:

  • The transport agency will attempt a second delivery or leave the package at a nearby collection point.
  • If the order is returned to TecVino due to an incorrect address or prolonged absence, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.

To avoid issues, verify that the delivery address is correct when placing your order.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with any issue, contact us at info@tecvino.com within 24 hours of receipt. Provide the order number and attach photos of the issue to expedite handling.
