The customer, by purchasing a product from Wide Tech Development (hereinafter referred to as the seller), agrees to the general rules of use set forth below.
RETURN OF PRODUCTS
- Return period: The customer may return a product within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.
- Shipping costs: The return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
- Product conditions: To accept the return, the product must:
- - Be in perfect condition.
- Keep its original packaging.
- Include the original or copy of the purchase invoice.
- Attach a document proving the date of receipt of the product.
- Refusal of return: We will not accept the return of any product that does not meet all of the above conditions.
The customer may notify its intention to return by sending an email to info@tecvino.com, providing the information it deems relevant.
The seller will refund the amount of the product, as well as the initial shipping costs, within a maximum period of 14 days from receipt and validation of the return.
WARRANTY
- All products are guaranteed for 3 years.
- The warranty does not cover services, only products.
Process to make use of the warranty:
- The customer should send an email to info@tecvino.com stating the problem and including a copy of the purchase invoice.
- The seller will respond with:
- - A return authorization code.
- - The shipping address to which the product should be sent for review.
- Shipping costs:
- - The shipping of the product to the seller is at the customer's expense.
- If the warranty is valid, the reshipment of the product to the customer is at the seller's expense, provided that the delivery address matches the address on the purchase invoice.
Review of the product and resolution of the warranty:
- Upon receipt of the product, the seller will inform the customer by email whether the warranty covers repair costs.
- If the warranty does not cover the repair, a detailed quotation will be sent.
