A common issue when consuming wine, whether still or sparkling, is that once the bottle is opened, its contents begin to deteriorate. In the case of sparkling wines, oxidation occurs along with gas loss, affecting the wine’s effervescence and drinking experience.
This deterioration is disappointing for wine lovers, as the drink loses its original qualities in a short period.
To solve this problem, TECVINO, a commercial brand of Wide Tech Development, has developed innovative systems that allow still and sparkling wines to be preserved for more than 25 days, maintaining their original freshness.
PCONSCAVA: Sparkling Wine Preservation with CO₂
.For sparkling wines, TECVINO has developed the PCONSCAVA system, which uses pressurized CO₂ injection, the same gas naturally present in sparkling wines. This process prevents gas loss and maintains the wine’s bubbles for over 25 days.
The PCONSCAVA system includes a device for injecting pressurized CO₂ into the bottle and special stoppers that replace the original cork and maintain internal pressure.
The CO₂ is sourced from cylinders commonly used in draft beer systems, allowing for the preservation of more than 1,000 bottles of sparkling wine per unit of cylinder. These cylinders are supplied exclusively to professionals by their manufacturers.
NEW: PCONSCAVA has been replaced by the PACK series and the MINI PACK has been developed, which is portable and user-oriented.
The PACK system is more compact and can be used by both professionals and private users. In this case, the CO₂ comes from the globally available CO₂ bottles used in water carbonation, and each CO₂ bottle of this system, despite its small size and light weight, can hold more than 50 bottles of sparkling wine.
The MINIPACK product preferably uses 16g bottles of food-grade CO2, which are widely available on the market and very inexpensive. With each bottle, 2 to 3 bottles can be preserved, depending on the use.
IMPORTANT: TECVINO not only preserves the bouquet but also the unique bubbles. For this reason, TECVINO stoppers are hermetically sealed, which means that when you protect your bottle by introducing the CO2, it is already at the right pressure to your satisfaction.

TECVINO has also developed a system based on the same technology, called PACK.
This system is more compact and can be used by both professionals and individuals. In this case, the CO₂ comes from the gas cylinders used in water carbonation, available worldwide.
Each CO₂ cylinder in this system, despite its small size and lightness, can store more than 50 bottles of sparkling wine.
PACK PRO: Wall-mounted system for storing sparkling wines, exclusively for professionals.
PACK USER: Portable tabletop system, similar to PACK PRO. Oriented towards users.
MINI PACK: Portable storage system for sparkling wines.
This system is characterized by its special portability, and uses small, low-cost, disposable 16-gram CO2 cylinders as a
source, sufficient to protect between 2 and 3 bottles of sparkling wine.
PCONSWINE: Still Wine Preservation with Argon Gas
Our PCONSWINE system preserves still wines by introducing certified food-grade Argon gas into the opened bottle. This noble gas is completely inert and does not react with the wine, ensuring optimal preservation without altering its flavor.
The system includes a device for injecting Argon into the bottle and special stoppers that replace the original cork.

The Argon used has a purity level of 99.99%, guaranteeing perfect preservation.
Important: TECVINO does not supply Argon gas cylinders. These cylinders, capable of preserving around 350 bottles, are managed directly by the manufacturer, who replaces them within 24 to 48 hours in Spain.
